Rates & Terms
At DMG, we work directly with your teams and vendors, or can refer you to our roster of preferred partners. We manage all vendors as part of our provided service- provided they bill you directly. Should you wish for DMG to pay the vendors on your behalf, we will negotiate the best possible price but will add 20% to their fees.
Typical Engagement
- Discovery 1: 15 minute phone consultation = Free
- Discovery 2: First hour = Free (I will even pay for the coffee!)
- Statement of Work / Quote Development: Free

Terms
- Applicable taxes are extra
- Expenses for travel, accommodations, meals, communication expenses, etc.. are extra – based on pre-approval. Additional charges for onsite travel time may be added, based on location
- For monthly engagements- no deductions are made for statutory holidays
- Hours or Days missed due to illness or personal obligation may be made up for remotely and during non-traditional business hours, or may be added at the end of the negotiated term
- The equivalent of one week of vacation may be taken every three months, unpaid
- Invoices are due within 2 weeks of remittance
- Remittances are made based on selected term (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure my time so that I will not book other clients
- I will gladly sign your NDA or provide you with one
- Non-compete clauses may be limited in order to protect my earning potential as a consultant
